Aug. 16

Mary Severwin, 29, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after police responded to 614 S. Oak St. in reference to a suspicious person on the premises.

Hallie Butcher, 22, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia after police observed someone driving a red Pontiac vehicle along the 2600 block of West Main Street with tags that expired in July.

Adam Ingram, 19, of Beebe was arrested on a charge of endangerment of the welfare of a minor after police responded to the parking lot of Mariachi Grill after an off duty police officer called and reported a white male and female were smoking narcotics in a white Honda Civic with a small child in the back seat.

Tiffany Culver, 20, of Beebe was arrested on charges of endangerment of the welfare of a minor, possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia after police responded to the parking lot of Mariachi Grill after an off duty police officer called and reported a white male and female were smoking narcotics in a white Honda Civic with a small child in the back seat.

Stacy Minor, 50, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license after police stopped her vehicle along the 200 block of North Elm Street.

Aug. 17

Brandy Burrow, 37, of Lonoke was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia, public indecency and in Depree Park after hours after police were conducting extra patrols of the Dupree Park area and observed a black Kia in the far west side of the park next to the wooded area.

Justin Parker, 32, of Cabot was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia, public indecency and in Depree Park after hours after police were conducting extra patrols of the Dupree Park area and observed a black Kia in the far west side of the park next to the wooded area.

Aug. 18

Michael Rose, 23, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of filing a false report after police responded to 729 J.P. Wright Loop Road in reference to a robbery.

Aug. 19

Marcos Herreca, 23, of Little Rock was arrested on charges of shoplifting and criminal trespass after he tried leaving the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, without paying for $14 worth of merchandise he had in his possession.

Aug. 20

Sylvester Green Jr., 26, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass after was seen at 300 Marshall Road following his serving of a trespassing warning at that address earlier this year.
