March 3

Courtney Mayberry, 21, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of theft of property and possession of drug paraphernalia after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter in reference to a report of a shoplifter in custody.

March 4

Michael Ballard, 22, of Oklahoma City was arrested on charges of soliciting without a permit, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police were dispatched to the 1100 block of Latigo Trail in reference to a man going door to door selling cleaning chemicals.

March 5

Josh Forte, 23, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of theft of property and possession of drug paraphernalia after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter in reference to a report of a shoplifter in custody.

Nelson Rivera, 22, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property and possession of drug paraphernalia after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter in reference to a report of a shoplifter in custody.

Marquez Newsome, 17, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of residential burglary, first-degree criminal mischief and theft of property after police responded to 1909 Graham Road in reference to a burglary in progress.

Joshua Wiese, 29, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of DWI Second after police responded to a report of a car peeling out of the 500 block of JP Wright Loop Road.

March 6

Trevor Phillips, 36, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of carrying a weapon, obstructing of governmental operations and possession of instrument of crime after police observed him pushing a bicycle with a large shelving unit as he walked towards his home on Wright Circle.

Calvin Wise, 26, of Austin was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver (marijuana), possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver (Hydrocodone), possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver ( Diazepam), possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver (Alprazolam), possession of drug paraphernalia and fleeing. The arrest came after police received a report of a suspicious man walking and carrying a bag at Lowe’s, 2106 N. First St.

Alexander Benton, 30, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of second-degree domestic battery after police responded to Arnold Elementary School after a boy said his father hit him.

Theodore Jones, 58, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass after police responded to the area of Spring Street and the Main Street bridge who was standing in the middle of the tracks.
