Joseph Herndon, 37, of Mabelvale was arrested on a charge of theft of property after police were called to the theft of property (shoplifting) after police received a report of a shoplifter.

Randy Bivens, 52, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia after police did a narcotics search at 904 Harvey St. during the execution of a search warrant.

Lisa Hern, 20, of Sherwood was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia after police did a narcotics search at 904 Harvey St. during the execution of a search warrant.

Kyle Scritchfield, 29, of Judsonia was arrested on charges of theft of property (shoplifting) and criminal trespassing after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in response to a shoplifter in custody.

Matthew Bivens, 19, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and maintaining a drug premise within 1,000 feet of a church after police did a narcotics search at 904 Harvey St. during the execution of a search warrant.

David Taylor, 28, of Cabot was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Robert McFalls, 40, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after police were dispatched to 19 Kaye Lane in reference to a domestic disturbance.

April 3

James Watson, 28, was arrested on charges of possession methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia after police performed a traffic stop at 40 Grace St. because the vehicle had no working license plate light.

Desirae Boldin, 22, of Jacksonville was arrested on four counts of possession of a controlled substance after police responded to 905 S. Oak St. in reference to a disturbance involving a distraught female.

Anthony Fulton, 18, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Lee Johnson, 24, of Little Rock was arrested on charges of assault on a family member, fleeing and criminal mischief after police were called to 1310 Southwick Drive, Apt. 256, in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Elijah McDonald, 32, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, use of another person’s property to facilitate a crime, possession with the purpose to deliver methamphetamine, and maintaining a drug premises within 1,000 feet of a church after police went to 304 JP Wright Loop Road, Unit 5, to serve an arrest warrant.
