Arrests

Riley Weems, 20, of Cabot was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct after police observed a physical altercation going on at 2301 TP White Road, which is the location of Lowe’s.

Kendry Guydon, 20, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of loitering, possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia after police were patrolling Johnson Park doing community-oriented policing.

Tyron McClure, 18, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of fleeing and loitering after police made contact with a group of males loitering at 950 Military Road and reported that McClure walked away from the group.

Megan Ellis, 27, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of carrying a weapon after police responded to 1521 S. First Street to assist other officers with a person trying to purchase drugs in the parking lot.

Oct. 9

Warner Semetis, 53, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of terroristic threatening, violating of a protection order and third-degree domestic battery after police were dispatched to 1008 S. First St.

Stanley Bush, 31, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of loitering, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (marijuana) and possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) after police were dispatched to 950 Military Road.

Anthony Russell, 37, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of loitering after police were dispatched at 4 a.m. to Super Suds Laundromat, 824 Stone St., in reference to someone driving in a truck who was circling in the area.

Brandon Brown, 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree battery after police responded to his home at 1813 Neely St. in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Hershal Davis, 52, of Mabelvale was arrested on a charge of DWI after police were dispatched to the area of Loop and Military roads in reference to a possibly intoxicated driver.

Oct. 8

Kameron Williamson, 18, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police were advised of a shoplifter in custody at Knights Grocery Store, 315 S. James St., because someone had picked up a package of cookies and cheesecake.

Steven Binvon, 45, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass after police responded to Firestone, 1106 W. Main St., in reference to a person refusing to leave the property.

Frederick Gooley, 47, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of domestic battery after police responded to a report of his 13-year-old step son who had a bite wound on the palm of his hand.

Joseph Jones, 20, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to a report of a shoplifter at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Road. Jones was an employee of Wal-Mart.
