Eric Waddell, 53, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after police responded to 1313 S. Bailey St. regarding a man wearing khaki pants and a black shirt trying to give children candy and money along the 600 block of Marion Street.

Tanner Trammell, 20, of Kingman was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after police conducted a traffic stop along the 1200 block of T.P. White Drive because the vehicle had a defective brake light.

Justin France, 25, of Springhill, Fla., was arrested on a charge of obstructing government operations after police conducted a traffic stop along the 1200 block of T.P. White Drive in reference to a vehicle operating with a defective brake light.

Janice Jackson, 34, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of DWI (third offense), possession of drug paraphernalia, refusal to submit to a chemical test (second offense) and driving with a suspended license after police responded to 104 E. Valentine Road in reference to an accident without injuries.
