First Baptist Church Maumelle, 100 Valencia Drive: The church welcomes all women for a weekly Bible study and get-together called Friend Me. The hour-and-a-half get-togethers begins at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Fellowship Hall of the Activities Building. Each of the six get-togethers are designed to take away the insecurities and awkwardness of joining a new group in a friendly and non-threatening way. Graves Memorial Baptist Church, 4617 Oak Grove Road, North Little Rock: A mission trip to Nebraska from the church will be July 21-28.
