Easter Egg Hunt Saturday

Maumelle’s annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday at the Rolling Oaks Sports Complex.

Designed for children ten years old and younger, there will be three different age divisions — Four years old and younger, age Five, Six and Seven year-olds and Eight, Nine and Ten year-olds.

Mayor Mike Watson said the event is sponsored by the Maumelle Parks and Recreation Department, Maumelle Youth Council and the Peyton Family Realtors Mary and Fred Peyton and Allison Peyton Winningham.

It will take the sponsors 90 minutes to hide the eggs but the hunt will be over in seconds, he said. But its worth the trip just to see the kids so excited.

In the event of rain, the hunt will be moved to the Jess Odom Community Center and begin at 9:30 a.m.
