Houdini

You guessed it, the name fits him perfect! Houdini. Houdini. Houdini. This fella was found at Lake Willastein and his owners never came to claim him. Looking at the wound on his neck, presumably from an ingrown collar, he is lucky to have escaped his way into our hands. Houdini is a very sweet boy. He loves to be part of the gang. Houdini doesn’t like to be left alone hence his knack for escape. A full time indoor home is a must. It would be great if he could find new parents who would take him to work with them or perhaps be adopted to a family who has a second or third dog for Houdini to play with. He has shown no interest in escaping the yard when paired with an active dog. Houdini is a young adult, he is fully vetted, and he is approved for kids. He has a very calm demeanor. Houdini has undergone treatment for the deep wound encircling his neck, it required surgical debridement and closure. Houdini deserves a life free from the chain and one that is full love. He has a huge heart and he is totally worth it.
