Gardner Memorial United Methodist Church, 1723 Schaer, North Little Rock: The gardener quilters meets at 8:30 a.m. every Tuesday and Thursday of the month.

Park Hill Christian Church, 4400 John F. Kennedy Blvd: The church fall festival will be from 3-5 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 28. There will be games, food, a country store, cake walk, costume contest and a silent auction. Your help is needed and the proceeds will go to the Outreach Thanksgiving and Christmas ministries. There will also be a pumpkin carving contest for 6th-12th grade and adults. Please bring them to the church by the morning of the fall festival so everyone may see them and be judged that evening. The 1st annual fall family festival will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 31.

The church is sponsoring a holiday bazaar Nov. 9-10 at the church. Tables are $35, and funds from the bazaar will go to the church’s Share Ministry Givings. Tables are on a first-come, first-served basis and can be rented by an individual or group. What doesn’t sell at the bazaar will be sold at the Jacksonville Craft Show the next weekend.
