Kim Stanley was recently appointed to the National Federation of High School (NFHS) Cross-Examination Debate Topic Selection Committee by the Arkansas Communication and Theatre Arts Association.

Stanley teaches Debate, Oral Communication, Media Literacy, and Drama at North Little Rock High School- Freshman Campus.

She has been teaching for 20 years and the last 14 have been in the North Little Rock School District. As a member of ACTAA, she has served on the Student Congress Committee as one of the Parliamentarian. Recently, Kim The Arkansas Communication and Theater Arts Association (ACTAA) appointed Stanley as the State delegate for a three-year term. Stanley is the Freshman Student Council sponsor as well as sponsors the Teen Court Club which is a combined club of 9 – 12 grade students. She attends Speech Tournaments and works as the Business Director on NLRHS Theatre Productions. Kim participates in the community by being involved with the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce Education Committee and the THEA Foundation. Her hobbies include: watching sports, outdoor activities that include her family such as bike riding, going to the lake, and watching the kid’s activities. She currently has three children that attend school in the NLRSD.
