Burglaries

Jan. 31

Full Counsel Metro Church, 1600 N. Maple St., reported someone broke into the church and stole two flat screen televisions valued at $250 apiece and another flat screen television worth $800.

Kendrick Franklin II, 2225 John Ashley Drive, told police someone broke into his home and stole a 32-inch $300 television and a $250 Sony Playstation 3.

Feb. 1

Deporsha Abernathy, 615 Donovan Briley Blvd., said $200 of damage was done to the front door when someone broke in and stole a $1,000 50-inch Visio television.

Aggravated robberies

Feb. 2

Michael Gordon, 36, told police someone used a handgun to rob him at 111 W. Pershing Blvd. Stolen items were a $100 cell phone, a $6,000 set of 24-inch chrome rims for his Oldsmobile Cutlass and his wallet which had $900.

Helen Phillips, 50, told police she was robbed at 623 Donovan Briley Blvd., Apt. B, when someone stole $50 in cash from her.

Feb. 4

Brandon Harper, 20; Mikael Greer, 24; and Larry Jenkins, 27; told police someone used a handgun to rob them of a $350 semiautomatic handgun, $450 laptop, $100 in cash, another $22 in cash and a $1,400 Apple Mac Book tablet.
