Buss Franklin Williford, 78, of Jacksonville died Thursday, June 14, 2012. He was born July 20, 1933, in Faulkner County to Charley and Helen Lawhorn Williford.

He was retired from Roach Paper Co., with 54 years of service and was a Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Vilonia, Sylvan Hills Masonic Lodge and served on the Harmony Cemetery Board.

He was preceded in death by wife, Golda Johnson Williford; his parents; three sisters; and four brothers.

Survivors include his wife Rozell Covell Williford of Jacksonville; a son, Mark Williford and wife Roz of Heber Springs; a stepson, Keith Carmical and wife Carla of Porter, Texas; a stepdaughter Debbie Hamby and husband John of Vilonia; one granddaughter; four stepgrandchildren; three stepgreat-grandchildren; and a sister, Esther Morris.

A funeral was held Monday at North Little Rock Funeral Home. Burial was in Harmony Cemetery.
