Mary Louise “Weezy” Miller of Maumelle died Friday, June 29, 2012. She was born Jan. 1, 1928, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

She was known for her talents in dancing, sewing, jewelry making, song and her keen eye for decorating. Her family and friends enjoyed her sense of humor, outgoing personality, and compassion for others. Her work at the church day-care facility reflected her ability to act silly with kids. She loved children and it showed.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Bob Miller.

Survivors include two daughters, Sandra O’Brien and husband Frank of Maumelle and Suzanne Heidenheim and husband Ray of Shrewsbury, Mass.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, July 6 at the First United Methodist Church of Maumelle.

The family requests memorials may be made to FUMC or Maumelle Animal Shelter.
